Following the COVID-19 global pandemic that broke out earlier this year, COMET is continuously monitoring the evolving situation and guidance. COMET will evaluate the forthcoming meeting due to take place in Liverpool on the 8th-9th October 2020, and endeavour to make any decision in relation to cancelling or postponing the event as early as possible, but no later than 8th July 2020. Registration is still open and there is no fee to register for COMET VIII. All registrations will be transferred to the new date in the event of postponement.
The COMET Initiative will hold its eighth meeting in Liverpool on 8th to 9th October 2020. Planning is now underway and we are preparing an exciting programme. This will bring together individuals interested in the development and application of “core outcome sets” in many different areas of health care. There is no registration fee for the meeting, and lunch and refreshments will be provided free of charge. The number of spaces is limited, which may mean that we have to close registration some time in advance of the meeting. We therefore encourage early registration to avoid disappointment. Delegates will be responsible for the costs of their own travel and accommodation.
Programme coming soon.
