Patients and the public

This section of the website contains information for, and resources relevant to patients and the public, patient organisations and researchers involving patients in their core outcome set work. There is also information about the COMET People and Patient Participation, Involvement and Engagement (PoPPIE) Working Group. Heather Bagley is the COMET Patient and Public Involvement Co-ordinator. COMET has developed a patient and public involvement toolkit, the tool is designed to help core outcome set developers who are collaborating with patient research partners in designing, delivering and disseminating core outcome set studies.  The toolkit can be accessed here.
