Development a core outcome set for perioperative exercise clinical studies for lung cancer patients

Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in the global population, with the characteristic of high morbidity and mortality. Surgical operations are the main treatment for early-stage lung cancer, but postoperative patients may suffer from numerous complications that significantly affect their quality of life. Exercise can improve postoperative outcomes. However, the outcomes of clinical trials are inconsistent, which reduce the value of clinical trials. Meanwhile, there is no standardized set of outcomes for lung cancer in clinical trials of exercise intervention. This study aims to construct a core outcome set of perioperative exercise indicators for lung cancer patients.
